Background: PicMonkey is a photo editing and design software that allows small businesses to quickly and easily create content for social media and print.
Role: Lead product designer. Conducted interviews, created prototypes, finished final visual design and usability tests.
The problem:
While designing for their business’s various marketing needs, business owners need quick and easy access to their brand elements so they can spend as little time as possible on design and save most of their time running the business.

The solution:
Brand kit is a place on PicMonkey’s platform where business owners can collect their brand assets, from logos, fonts, and colors to design templates in one place. All their brand assets are organized and easily within reach when working on a design.
This is the first time a user has come across a brand kit. By showcasing an example of what a brand kit is, it visually communicates what can be achieved without much explanation.
After I have collected all my brand assets, I can start creating designs in the Editor where I will have all my brand components.
