Help technicians manage their jobs

Goal: Redesign from the ground up a new field management software for 7000+ Sears Home Services technicians.

Role: Lead product designer working with a user researcher and 2 visual designers. 


The problem:

The technicians have been using a dated system for over a decade. 

 
 

The Solution:

A iOS app that is portable with all the tools and information to help them arrive on a job, make the right diagnosis and finish the repair successfully.
